Florida State Law allows anyone 16-17 to get piercing or tattoos, with the permission of a parent or guardian. All minors receiving our services will need to bring a piercing/tattoo minor release form, that has been filled by the parent/guardian attennding the appointment with the minor, and has been notarized; along with both the parent/guardian AND minors government issued photo ID.
